This recently completed project brings together a main kitchen and separate utility room, unified by a beautifully balanced, two-tone door specification. Unity Brown Orleans Oak delivers depth and warmth, contrasted with Zola Soft Matte Cashmere for a calm, off-white softness. In the kitchen, Cashmere is used on the wall units to keep the space light and airy; in the utility, the colours are reversed to create definition while keeping a cohesive flow between rooms.

The brief was clear: warm brown and off-white tones to create a comfortable environment, with plenty of refrigeration for busy day-to-day living. We achieved this with a pair of integrated, full-height fridge and freezer units—maximum capacity, seamlessly built in.

Cooking is handled by premium ASKO appliances, with a single oven and matching combination oven stacked for a streamlined look and flexible use. For the hob and extraction, a flush-mounted BORA X PURE keeps the worktop uninterrupted while delivering powerful, effective ventilation.

The worksurfaces are 20mm Dekton Nebbia, chosen not only for their warm, natural colour but also for their performance—heat resistant and scratch resistant, ideal for a hard-working family kitchen.

To maintain clean lines without sacrificing usability, we incorporated recessed strip lighting beneath the wall units for a soft, practical task light. Two flip-down EVOLINE sockets provide power exactly where it’s needed, then disappear neatly away to avoid cluttering the cladding or worktop.

Storage was also a key focus, including a Blum Space Tower unit that makes dry food storage easy to organise and effortless to access.

In the utility room, practicality takes centre stage without compromising on finish. A pair of premium ASKO laundry appliances sit on push-to-open hidden helpers, raising them to a comfortable working height and keeping the layout sleek. Full-depth cabinetry provides generous storage, while a BORA QVac system adds a standout functional feature for marinading and vacuum sealing food. A full-height cupboard completes the space, designed to neatly store the ironing board and everyday essentials.

The result is a warm, modern kitchen and utility pairing that feels calm and considered—beautiful materials, premium appliances, and smart details that make daily life easier.
