Versa Veneered Slab
Versa is an oak veneer, slab door with a vertical grain. This striking door range is available in a sanded, stained, or painted finish.
Unity Handleless
Our Unity handleless kitchen range features a slab door in 20 contemporary finishes. This Scandinavian styled range is available in matt, gloss, metallic, concrete and woodgrain finishes and is available in both standard and bespoke sizing options.
Zola Soft-Matte Handleless
The Zola Soft-Matte Handleless range features a minimalist, slab door available in 7 colours. It is designed to be utilised with our handleless rail system in a choice of different rail profiles the most popular being Aluminium, Brass and Graphite.
Zola Gloss Handleless
A simple slab door for handleless rail kitchen designs; the Zola gloss handleless kitchen range is a modern, true handleless range that never comes in or out of fashion.
It is available in 6 gloss colours; white, porcelain, light grey, cashmere, dust grey and graphite.
Strada
This Handleless Kitchen range features a slab MDF door with an integrated J-pull handle available in both matt & gloss finishes. A sleek & simple door with stocked & paint to order colours, including curved & feature accessories.
Rezana
Our Rezana Kitchen range can work well in both modern and traditional homes. Using a real wood veneer it is further brushed to enhance the grain & then cross scratched for a beautiful designer finish that is completely unique to each kitchen.
Types of handleless kitchen doors
“Handleless” covers three quite different mechanisms, and the choice affects the look, the budget and how the kitchen feels to use every day. All three are available across our UK-built and German ranges.
True handleless (rail system)
A recessed aluminium channel sits behind the door, so the run of cabinetry reads as one unbroken surface — the most minimal look of the three, and the one most people picture when they say “handleless”. The rail can be colour-matched or contrasted, and it works on drawers, doors and tall units alike. It is the system Häcker engineer for their German handleless kitchens, and our UK-built ranges offer it too — Unity Handleless, Zola Soft Matte Handleless and Porter Handleless.
J-pull doors
A J-shaped profile is machined into the top or bottom edge of the door itself, giving your fingers a continuous integrated grip. The face of the door stays completely flat, but there is no separate rail to fit — which makes J-pull a more affordable route into a handleless look. We offer it in two ranges, Strada and Remo, though for most projects we recommend a true handleless rail system — it gives the cleaner result the style is really about.
Push-to-open
Mechanical or electric touch-latch hardware — like Blum's Tip-On — opens the door with a press, so the front needs no grip at all. It is brilliant for tall larder units and integrated appliance doors, and often combined with a rail system elsewhere in the same kitchen. The mechanisms we spec hold up to daily family use.

Frequently asked questions about handleless kitchens
- What's the difference between true handleless and J-pull kitchens?
- True handleless kitchens use a recessed channel or rail system behind the door so there's no visible pull at all — your fingers grip the back edge of the door. J-pull kitchens have a profile cut into the top edge of the door (shaped like a J in cross-section) that gives you a continuous pull but keeps the visible face flat. Both qualify as 'handleless'; J-pull is usually more affordable and easier to wipe clean, while true handleless gives the most minimal aesthetic.
- Are handleless kitchens more expensive than handled ones?
- Slightly. The rail system or specialised door profile adds a small premium over a standard handled door, and you'll need cabinets engineered to work with it. Across our ranges, expect to pay around 5–10% more for a handleless option versus the handled equivalent, though it varies by manufacturer and finish. We'll quote both side-by-side at the design stage so you can compare.
- Do handleless kitchens show fingerprints more easily?
- Matte and supermatte handleless finishes are designed to be fingerprint-resistant — Häcker's PerfectSense matte, for example, has an anti-fingerprint coating built in. Gloss handleless doors will show prints more readily, especially around the grip area, but a microfibre cloth and warm soapy water keeps them looking new. For high-traffic family kitchens we usually recommend matte.
- Can a handleless kitchen still feel traditional?
- Honestly — not really. Handleless is an inherently contemporary look, and we'd rather tell you that than sell a compromise. There is some middle ground: certain Shaker door styles can be specified with a true handleless rail or with tip-on (push-to-open) mechanisms, which keeps a classic door profile with a cleaner front. But if your heart is set on a traditional kitchen, our hand-painted Shaker and in-frame ranges with proper handles are usually the better answer.
